    Please verify the zoning. It appears that this is zoned R-4, not C-2. Please contact me, once you had the opportunity to verify this.

    • The property is currently zoned R-4 District: Multiple-Family Residential District (see attached R-4 zoning ). This would include One-family and two-family dwellings as well as Multiple dwellings and Townhouses.

      The towns code enforcement officer (315) 451-0492) told me that it could easily be changed to C3 (Planned Commercial District) because that is how the Comfort Inn is zoned. This includes retail and service businesses, shopping centers, restaurants, hotels and motels, office buildings and more. I’ll email you more info
