    I would like to know more about the financing I am veru onterested in this property

    • I offer my own owner financing. For this property the purchase price is $23,900 with $5,000 down and $470 per month for 48 months. When we close, we record the deed and the mortgage so you own it right away. When you make your last payment, I sent you a Satisfaction of Mortgage document which you send to the county to record. This removes the lien from the property. Hope that helped.
