    Hi there! Would it be possible to take a look at the property soon? Can I drive down the driveway on my own? How flat is the land?

  • My husband an I looked at Parcel #2 and were wondering who maintains Spisaks Way?The road up to the Parcels is steep and winding.

    • I have a local guy come in and plow when snowfall exceeds 6 inches. Have another local guy handles the gravel and cuts back the trees when I contact him. Gravel and trees were just done in October/November. Expense is split 4 ways for each of the parcels that are on the road.

    Mr. Bruce, thank you. I have one more question: are there any markers or landmarks to show the boundaries on Spisak Way? Now that I’ve looked at the parcel map it looks like the majority of the property is on the left side of the road….we were looking at the right side. Thank you, again. Still very interested.

    • I just emailed you more info. Both parcels on the right total 7.1 acres. Each one is marked with colored streamers on the property. The front one in pink and the back one in orange.

I do not. I do know that it was in use as recently as October 2013. Well & septic would need to be tested.
