Two questions : can an rv/trailer be put on property? What additional fees are there for closing/ filing and how long does it take? Thank you
I was also interested in the property and drove up there myself today. It seems almost the entire length of the road is graded much higher then the property and guard railed not giving any on-grade entrance. One area MAY be workable into a driveway but even that would still take some construction with fill and possible drainage pipe. Just my observations
