Hey Bruce, I helped a customer of mine (vincent vellucci) buy 2 parcels from you a few years back..the ones in new baltimore that were across the road from each other, featherbed lane. Anyways, fast forward to this year, I bought one of them from him and my parents bought the other. I am interested in this 1 acre parcel in cairo as well. Do you know if it is grandfathered in as a buildable lot? I thought it was 3 acres minimum but maybe I am wrong. I cant believe you have had this listing for 6 years and it hasnt sold yet. I am about to close on selling one of my houses in catskill and when I do, I would like to check into buying this.
