I purchased another property from you a while back in roseboom New York. I had a couple questions about this property. Is the building next to the property a fire department? What about the building across the street? Is there a cemetery close by? If so proximity to the property? Also are you aware if one RV on the property is allowed to live in RV or just store RV on property? It does mention there’s electric and public water which is great. And also good location. With that being said, is your cash price and negotiable at all? Thanks!
