What is the traffic like is this on a busy road intersection or is their noise from passing cars audible?
NY-32 is a state hwy with a decent amount of traffic passing by which lends itself to the commercial part of the zoning. I don’t recall hearing the traffic while walking the property and it does go back quite a ways.
