How To Increase the Value of Your Vacant Land

Recently I was having a discussion with a potential buyer about property values. He was complaining that property values were going down and taxes going up. Just like the housing market, there is an abundance of inventory of vacant land for sale. Supply and demand dictates that when the inventory is greater than the demand, prices decline.
That being said, the quickest and easiest way to increase the value of your land is to USE IT! Get some enjoyment out of it. Take the kids camping, buy an ATV and go for a ride, go fishing, camping or hunting or take a hike. Create some memories. That’s what I try to do and I hope that when my kids get older, they will look back fondly and cherish these memories that we created together. Now get out there and enjoy your land.
