Progress Being Made on the future Montreign Resort Casino – Site of the former Concord Hotel

In December of 2015, a state board granted licenses for three extravagant resort casinos in New York State. The largest of the three future casinos is the $1.3 billion Montreign Resort Casino currently being built on the grounds of the former Concord Resort. Construction is already under way.
The resort will sport a 80,000 sq ft casino offering thousands of the most cutting edge slots and standard table games. It will also offer 390 luxury Hotel Rooms & Suites, casual & gourmet dining, world-class shopping & entertainment and much more. This long-awaited bid to revive the region which was once known as the borscht belt for is finally upon us. Lets hope that it provides the much needed boast to this areas economy.
