Over the past 6 yrs I’ve purchased dozens of real estate programs proclaiming to be the greatest thing since sliced bread. I’ve learned about lease options, foreclosures, pre-foreclosures, short sales and more. I’ve read about commercial real estate, self-storage, multi-unit dwellings and probates to name a few. I sent letters, made phone calls and drove around looking for empty houses but none of it panned out for me. The information was either outdated or too vague to work. I’m not saying that many of these methods aren’t viable but they just weren’t for me. Then I found Jack.
