I was extremely interested in this property the first time it was on the market but I know there was issues with the neighbor and we couldn’t see it was that all taken care of ? Please let me know so I could make an offer
After almost 2 yrs in court, on June 9, 2023 the State of NY Supreme Court, County of Schoharie ruled in my favor and the defendants are ordered to keep the 50′ wide right of way cleared for me and my invitees. No stay will be granted. I have already visited the property to ensure that the roadway is clear.
