Tools of the Trade When Researching Land For Sale

Every worker has his or her tools that they depend on in their profession. An accountant has his calculator and a butcher is knife. As a real estate investor one of the most valuable tools that I depend on is Google Street View.
If you are not familiar with Google Street View it can be found in Google Maps and it lets you explore both local and distant places through a 360-degree street-level view by just dragging ‘Pegman’ onto Google Maps at the desired location.
As an investor in vacant land, Street View allows me to see everything from property road access to neighboring homes to mountain views, all from the comfort of my home.
So whether you just want check out a new restaurant before going there the first time, find a beautiful place around the world for your next vacation, or check out neighborhoods when investing in real estate, Google Street View is the tool to use
