The market for vacant land has been very active during Covid with people trying to escape the metro areas. When I send out an email for a new property, I send it to my entire buyers list of over 5000 subscribers. I sent you an email on this property the end of May of this year. I didn’t go to contract to sell it until the end of August. That gave you 12 weeks to check it out. I’m truly sorry to have wasted your time and have removed you from my email list as requested.
